Any recommended platforms to RSP / DCA on S&P500 (SPY) and NASDAQ (QQQ) ETFs? Say $200-$400 each every month?

Preferably one with the lowest tax & fees. What other considerations should I have when choosing a platform to do this? Thanks!

TD Ameritrade, any currency conversion (even within Singapore and within Your Singapore broker) should be done by (currently the cheapest): Transferwise

Maybe You'll wait some days, weeks, months in this rare situation.

I expect (can be wrong) the U.S. market to drop further for some time,

mostly by media stories, not by the U.S. market itself: it is strong
