Hi. Understand mindef insurance i am not the policyowner. is there a possibility that after 10 yrs they can suddenly dont cover me or cancel the insurance?

Yes, it can happen. As its a yearly renewable contract, terms can be changed during the yearly renewal. Most personal term life plans can't do that as the terms are fixed upon sign up. "c) The entire policy is terminated;" https://singlife.com/content/dam/public/sg/docu...
