Hi seedly, me and my fiance is looking to buy a flat bto at approximately $620,000. But our combined salary based on basic salary is $4700 per month. We would want to ask about HDB loan eligibility.

Hi, i think this article might be helpful for you! there’s a list of HDB loan eligibility criteria in the article, and they even compare between getting a HDB loan or bank loan if you’ve ever considered getting a bank loan too but don’t know which one to get.
