Hi Seedly! If i have signed my property loan with SCB, and now decide to refinance to other bank before full loan is disbursed, there is a 1.5% penalty on the undisbursed amount. Is this common?

Can I ask the bank to waive this penalty? 1.5% on undisbursed amount is alot...

It is normal that banks charge an admin fee for refinancing & repricing.
The admin fee for repricing is definately less expensive than refinancing.
cannot waive.
