Hi Seedly community! 1st time property purchase and needs help with advice on loan to take with banks. Thank you!

Hi Everyone! for purchasing a new launch (TOP 2025) now, i was offered by bank the following loan package - 3M Compounded SORA + 0.70%.

would like to seek advices if this sounds reasonable? :) or do banks offer competitive fixed rates for BUC property?

Hi Seedly! If i have signed my property loan with SCB, and now decide to refinance to other bank before full loan is disbursed, there is a 1.5% penalty on the undisbursed amount. Is this common?
