1st question: Which ticker do you recommend, and any price that I shld look out for?
2nd question: should I just go for US etf though 30% withholding tax, but at least all my investments are in USD; or is it worth changing to pounds (rates not fantastic) just to get the ireland-domiciled etfs with 15% withholding tax?
Using Ibkr. Is transaction fee for Ireland-domiciled etf higher on ibkr too? (Compared to us etf)
Thanks!

For Ireland-domiciled UCITS ETFs, there are usually a couple of different tickers for respective currencies i.e. USD, GBP. Not necessary to convert to GBP unless there is no USD option.
Please look up the ETF fact sheet or the ETF provider website to find out which are the tickers for buying the ETF in USD.
