VOO VTI just keep buying regardless of price fluctuations. If really niao, right now is the best time to add additional positions when we're crashing.

Hi guys! I need help in deciding which portfolio to choose in Endowus. Im 34 years old, can take risks and hold long term (using SRS for Endowus). 3 options that I’m looking at.. thanks!

Is first REIT a good buy at this price? But based on their stock price, the last time they were are 0.4 was 11 years ago... So for them to climb back to their prime need to hold at least 5 years?
