Upsides:

Waterfront view for North and North-East facing units
Access to two MRT lines
Near Woodlands central
Bridge link to Republic Poly and Woodlands North (future RTS)

Downside:

Long construction timeline, TOP 2026. After that, five year MOP starting from key collection. If you have a child now she will be in Primary 5 by the time you can upgrade.
