I am exploring investing in the US market but have no idea where to search or find out what company allows me to invest from Singapore yet does not with hold any tax from the dividend when it's time for the company to distribute the dividend.

The withholding tax for all dividend income from US stocks is 30% and the dividend that you received is after tax. There is nothing you need to do in this instance.

Apart from 80/20 companies there should with U.S. companies always be 30% witholding, 15% possibly if your country has tax treaty with U.S. and you fill in (every 3 years) W-8BEN form and send it to your broker
