Hi! May i ask which is the best broker to DCA quarterly into MCHI / CXSE / XSOE for China exposure? thanks!?

Risk adverse, prefer board market plain vanilla index ETFs, DCA buy and hold.
Just started DCA into CSPX & IWDA using SCB. Would like to add China exposure but didn't want to bet into any sector, so considering either MCHI / CXSE / XSOE (would prefer dividend reinvested ETFs but CNYA LN only A-shares and KWEB only 36 stocks).
Since these 3 ETFs are listed in US (distributing dividends), not sure if I should still use SCB for these? Which broker should i use for CN ETFs?
thoughts on portfolio?
