Hi Anon,
Practically no credit cards will accept education payments as qualifying transactions.
To my knowledge, there are 3 ways for you to earn some rewards for education payments.
1) use UOB Absolute/AMEX true cashback to top up GrabPay MasterCard. You will earn 1.7%/1.5% cashback on this top up. Then pay your education fee with the Grabpay card. You won't earn grab points, but you effectively earn cashback on this payment anyway.
2) use a payment facility with an eligible credit card. Payment facilities like Citi PayAll/UOB PriviPay will allow cardholders to earn regular card rewards on payments that typically don't earn rewards, like education payments. However, this comes at a fee of 2%. So it's up to you to decide whether it's worth it or not.
3) use a third party payment facility like CardUp or iPayMy. These are similar to the payment facilities from banks, but at a slightly lower fee. I'm not sure if these will accept education payments (haven't used it before), but it's worth checking out. With these, you won't be restricted to specific bank cards.
Hope this helps!
