Hi if I sold off my resale and applied a HdB BTO I was told 50%cash cream off apply. I have no intention to take on hdb loan bt to pay off in full using cpf . Does 50% cream off apply? Any advice?

Do you mean you need to use at least 50% of the sale proceeds to pay for the hose so that you can take housing loan with the "standard interest"?

Been paying using CPF for my first flat (resale) without cash top-ups. I also have about 80k in my OA. Should I use a portion of my OA to clear my hdb loan? Why or why not? Thanks!
