Unfortunately, healthcare jobs in SG as not as well decorated and paid and recognised as other countries. If you transfer to assistant types of roles, you will still face similar issues (eg facing demanding / self-entitled patients). The main difference is just if you choose private or public healthcare. They offer different perks and shifts. But, you might still feel equally drained at the end of the day due to the current healthcare labour crunch.

If what you meant is that your current job is both stressful (draining) and not paying well, then suggestion would be to spend some time learn how to make money from other sources of income. Investing, trading, side hustle freelance etc etc. find one that is feasible for you.
