I personally tried 2 of them POEMS, and DBS Vickers. I am currently using Vickers to purchase my shares but have yet to sell them. I will be going through my findings from 3 view points ā interface, customer service and approval rate.
TL;DR - If you have a DBS Multiplier, go with Vickers. If not, go for POEMS. They have similar commission and interest rate.
Generally the interface for the app sucks. Straight up. But they fare pretty well for their desktop. So I mainly purchase shares on the desktop. I am using this only because they are tied to my DBS Multiplier and is way more convenient. Their customer service take quite a while to reply. Their FAQ or information is not really that helpful too. If I encountered a question, I come to Seedly to ask for help. The response here is faster. The approval rate is pretty fast, 3-4 days.
Definitely a winner for their app but still not the best. Their website is average too, same as DBS vickers. Their FAQ and information is quite comprehensive. Approval rate is rate is okay for me, took me 5 working days.
