Fee-Based Financial Advisory Manager at Financial Alliance Pte Ltd (IFA Firm)

For local stocks, you may consider Standard Chartered - the brokage fee is relatively low. However, do take note that it is custodian account.

Otherwise, you may consider DBS Vickers or UOB.

Any of these does the job well. =)
