Hi, have anyone invested in SG property projects managed by Zacd Group b4? i have been presented investment opportunity and IRR is 15%. are the returns really that good ? would like to hear opinion

I thought they are only opened for Accredited Investors. so did not find out further.

some questions I may ask to see whether it is good fit for my own risk level: what they use the money for? who are the key investors? how they generate 15% returns? do they have the necessary license(s)? who has the first rights of claims in case of lawsuit?

• If u have the $$$ is best just to buy a property by yourself instead investing through a middleman.
• If you dont have the $$$, it is fine to just invest in the stock market too.
• We want absolute control over our investment.
• 2020 there are alot of P2P lending, crypto brokerage all advertise very good returns... where are they now?
• I am skeptical with all these unconventional way of investing.
