I personally use tigerbroker & moomoo.

if you are not a US citizen, there is no tax for gains. however, if you invest in a US stock/etf that pays out dividends, there is a 30% tax which is automatically deducted from your dividends before it reaches you. so there is nothing to be taxed in singapore.

do note that there is a 18-40% estate tax for US assets in the event that you pass away.
