I dislike the frequent $0.10 deduction and it’s hard to track the balance on youtrip since it’s not instantaneous though I could track my expenses using SimplyGo.

I would agree with your point. It takes X number of days for amount to be charged on card. Stopped using YouTrip as an "ez link" due to that reason and used the Wirex card instead as I get to see the amount that's being charged the very next day. Don't need to worry about having in sufficient funds in the account.
Best of all, I get satoshis for every transaction which I can in turn exchange it to SGD and use it for my everyday spending. In simplier terms, it's like getting cashback for every ride!

I am using ez-reload using standard chartered unlimited credit card. My monthly statement only shows the number of times the card is reloaded with the preset amount. In my case, it is 6 times of $20. You can consider using this card instead :)
