'Sell Order' basically means that you are selling shares that you currently own in your account.
On the other hand, 'Sell Contra Order' is when you are selling shares that you do not own in your account.
Do note that it is illegal to naked short in Singapore. Meaning you cannot sell first and buy back later. If you did, you have to buy back within 3 days of risk being fined.
