Hi! Generally, REITs will have higher yields compared to bonds. If you're looking to earn passive income over time, Syfe REIT+ could be the better option for you.

If you like some bond exposure, you might also consider our REIT with bonds option. The bond component comes from the ABF Singapore bond fund.

If exclusivelly limited to these 2, i'd go for REITS. bonds have low yields
