Hi experts.. if I buy share using cash upfront from dbs vicker yesterday. Can I sell the share today using sell option even though the share not credited to cdp yet?

Based on the FAQ, no. You can only sell shares that you have in CDP.

You may want to contact DBS Vickers directly to confirm on this.
