Hi, do you know if we can switch from bank loan back to hdb loan? I saw some news on this but can’t find more info on this.

Strictly one-way, government will not allow existing owner to turn back to HDB loan after bank loan. This will cause uproar if this is allowed midway of the bank loan. However, they might consider this kind of 2-way option (perhaps with a limit) for future loan takers. The keyword is "might".
