Tuas Power would have offered you a marginally lower rate as compared to their new customers. Anyway, guess many consumers would first look at the electricity rates currently offered. So, do check the OEM website - https://www.openelectricitymarket.sg/home, to filter potential retailers. Read their factsheet next as the T&Cs do vary.
IMHO, if electricity usage not high, the monthly bills will not deviate much among retailers offering lower rates. What you also need to consider is the contract term i.e. 12-month or 24-month; which could be quite tricky with the on-going Russia-Ukraine war and the economy outlook within the next 12 months' time.
