Hi, any concern if one choose middle floors of HDB flat if top floors are not available? Unsure what advantage(s) middle floors have which low or high floors dont.

Other than affordability of units and possibly shorter waiting time for lifts, any distinct advantage(s) middle floors have over high or mid floors? Thanks.
