There are a few advisors that are fee based, but most are still commission based. You can ask the advisor which model he/she is using.

Ultimately what matters is that you find an advisor that you are comfortable working with and whom you can share details about your finances with. This is very important so that your situation can be taken into consideration and the right advice is given to you.

Hi Anon, I would of course recommend my IFA, Promiseland Independent. But there are of course others like Providend, Financial Alliance, Finexis Advisory, IPP, Phillip Securities.

Find someone you trust with credentials to assist you.
