Hey fellow NSmen, after completing your 2-year service, do you switch your MINDEF Group Term Life to a Personal Term Plan?

I'm thinking of doing so but want to get some advice from the community first. Particularly those of you who have done that before and how do you do that. Thanks in advance!

Group term may be cheap but if you plan it right, there are personal plans that can end up cheaper. DYDD!

Hi Anon,

My advice would be to keep the current policy at least. The coverage payout is substantially higher than other insurance, plus it's affordable.

Personally I didn't switch to a Personal Term Plan, as I have other coverages from my parents earlier on.
