Help! Does anyone know how to use the uob$ earned on uob credit cards?

Go to UOB app / Rewards/ My Rewards/ UOB$. Click on "History" on top right corner to see your redeemed rewards. The earned cash credit can only be used when you revisit the same merchant. The mechanism works like ShopBack where your earned cashback is stored in the app and it can only be redeemed if you revisit the same merchant.

Example:

First visit: You pay with UOB Card and receive $2 for dining at Restaurant A.

Second visit: Total bill at Restaurant A is $30.

After paying with your UOB card, check your transaction in the app. The payment reflected should be $28 after deducting the cash rebate. The cashier or you do not need to do anything. It's auto redeemed when you swipe your UOB credit card.

UOB$ will not be earned or credited, and cannot be redeemed:

"for tips, sale items, special price items, promotion items or such other non-qualifying items designated by the Bank or the UOB$ Merchants from time to time;"
