Hi there! There are plenty of resources out on the internet that one could use to learn about investments and personal finance in general.

You can start off by reading this guide by Seedly, on investing and personal finance in Singapore. It was the first one I ever read, and it has helped me kickstart my investment journey. It consists of basic explanations of what a stock is, what are ETFs and many more. I would suggest you set an hour or two aside just to read that guide alone, while starting to craft a plan on how to allocate your $.

Next up would be Investopedia. This website is a goldmine of resources. It has all the terminologies about finance, investments and trading. I often find myself visiting this website when I have doubts to clarify.

For security analysis, I quite like Morningstar and Seeking Alpha for their reports on companies, and Yahoo Finance for companies' financial information and stock prices. You can check these resources out at a later date once you have gotten a grasp on the various financial instruments available.

As for cryptocurrencies, it is an asset class that is highly volatile, much more so than stocks, so you need to know what you are doing before investing in this asset class. Seedly has a guide on it here that you can read.

You mentioned in a comment that you wanted a short timeline for earning, I will take that to mean that you want to make a fast buck. That is generally very difficult for a beginner to do, and not feasible. Most people on this blog are prepared to hold positions in cryptocurrencies/stocks for the long term, 5-10 years at least. If you want short term gains, you might be looking at daytrading, but that is way harder to learn and master, and I will strongly advise against it as a beginner.

As a beginner, do not focus on short term gains. Instead, focus on the long term, create a end goal for yourself financially and work backwards in order to achieve it.

You can check out my guide on Crypto here.

It goes through the exchanges, platforms, apps you can download etc, how to secure your crypto.

Also, I have crypto investing guide you can refer to as well, link here.

Other than that, my company provides very extensive guides on 'What is Blockchain' all the way to educate you on DeFi protocols. You can find them here.

Hope this helps!
