HDB Home Loan without income

Hi everyone, my fiance and I are both studying our Master's program overseas and hence have 0 income. We were fortunate to get a good number in the recent BTO, but HDB has rejected our HLE based on no income.

Assuming we can pledge money, would it be possible to get a bank loan with no income? If not, is there a possibility to request for a deferred income assessment?
