I'm being invited for flat selection for Nov20 BTO launch.
As I'm not keen in the remaining units, I'll forgo this flat selection, and I understand that this will constitute to 1 count of non selection.
I've previously accumulated 1 count of non selection, so this will be considered my 2nd count of non selection.
However, I have a queue number that is within the range for Feb21 BTO which i haven't been called for flat selection, and another better queue number for May21.
I would like to go for May21 BTO instead. However, as I will have to reject Nov20 and Feb21 selection, I have the following enquiries:
Will it affect my queue position for May21 BTO? I was already been given a queue number for it, will it be withdrawn or how will i be affected in the above scenario?
Will the 2nd timer and the subsequent ban for 1 year applies only for new application should I were to apply again in Aug21, or for my Feb21 and May21 application as long as I rejected the Nov21 flat selection?

You are definitely in a unique situation.
I am no expert but I don't think rejection the Nov20 selection will affect the queue numbers you already have. The extra chances from being a first timer is for the queue number after all.
After you reject the Nov20 selection, if both your rejections are within 12 months, then you should be considered a 2nd timer for any subsequent rounds of bto as you mentioned.
Like I said, I am no expert but if you really want to confirm this, you should call hdb.
Also, how did you get so many queue numbers? I tried 5 times and only got a queue number 3 times the available units once.
