I've had 2 family members apply for Citibank cards via SingSaver and they've both gotten their rewards! You can expect to wait until the end of the promised period to receive the reward, but it will come. Just make sure you fill in all the forms correctly and receive all the confirmation emails you're supposed to so you know you're on the right track. If you're missing anything/any info, do reach out to their customer service. Again, do expect long wait times, but they will reply.
