You mean you bought DBS Stocks (D05) using DBS Vickers Cash Upfront? When did you buy it? Before or after ex-dividend? If you buy it after ex-dividend, you wont be eligible for the payout.
Check your CDP account if you are holding the shares.
Check your CDP Crediting account. There's a possibility that your crediting account is not DBS if you have registered with multiple trading platform (like OCBC, SCB, etc).
Which means that you buy thru DBS Vickers, but the stocks are stored in CDP but your crediting account is OCBC, the dividends will go to your OCBC account.

I have recieved in on 26/5. Perhaps there are a few things you may want to checl:
Check the crediting account - you might have changed your bank account without updating it with CDP
Check the date that you purchase your DBS stocks. If it's after ex-dividend you will not be elligible.
