Has anyone received the Bonus Miles from the DBS Altitude commute promotion that ran Aug-Dec 2019? The additional 2.8 mpd was to be credited by 31 March 2020, so am wondering if anyone's got it yet?

I did not receive the bonus miles as well and called in to check with DBS. The customer support officer helped to raise the issue to the backend team, to which they will get back in 3-5 business days

Hey Anonymous, yes the additional 2.8 miles have been credited to my account on 18 Feb. Under the description "BONUS MILES ON TRANSPORT", hope you are able to claim it if it has not been posted till date.

I've checked it via the digibot, searching the phrase "DBS points" followed by the options of "View rewards" and "Points per transactions". You will then get the list of 5 latest transactions. Hit "See more" to view more transactions, 5 each time.
