I know it's an invite-only card, was wondering if anyone has gotten it before? If it's available to me, should I go for it? the perks seem pretty good, but I'm unsure if I can hit the minimum spend of $60,000 a year. Don't exactly want to pay the $600 annual fee either

Pretty much what the rest have said, if you qualify because of your income requirements, then go for it since the first year is free.
Utilize the unlimited priority pass, and maybe the JetQuay experience, but you'll probably want to cancel after that. The miles earn rate are the same as the $30K cards such as Citi PM, so I would rather put my miles on that, and 4mpd on the usual specialied cards.
