Government should stop those staying in private property to rent out their HDB.
This will be more effective than the new cooling measure.
Once this is implemented, there will be more resale supply HDB which will then lower & control the resale price.
The new cooling measure
is not fair to the current private property owner as the may have financial difficulties thus have to downgrade to HDB.
Government should catch those private property owners who are renting out their HDB.

They keep punishing genuine downgraders.
All these people holding onto HDB + private property! Makes no sense

Those who own private property should not be allowed to own hdb plain and simple.. those who have both must sell their private properties within 6 months and occupy their hdb or sell their Hdb property within 6 months.
