Implant surgery can be covered by Medisave. Crowning, root canal treatment and whitening, are classified under "aesthetic dental procedures" and are usually not covered by general dental insurance.

They might be covered if your company provides you employee benefits and cover dental costs under company dental insurance for employees. But even so, it might not be 100%, maybe 80%, and you'll have to pay a co-payment. You can consult your company management on employee benefit contract.

That's because if such aesthetic procedures are covered 100% by general dental insurance for public, people would be buying dental insurance policies and go get nice teeth, put braces, whiten it, crown it. Insurance companies will be losing money.
