Gomo vs Giga 5G plan
How is Gomo line vs Giga in generally daily usage such as coverage, ease of app usage and payment and customer service?
Am currently using Giga but the coverage in Jurong Island is abysmal

In terms of coverage, Gomo should be better since they are using Singtel's network.

I have seen many stories online and on reddit about poor customer service at Gomo and Giga. :o

Not tried GOMO before. Agree that Giga coverage is poor, in circle line almost no coverage, especially beterrn caldecott to farrer road, and between toa payoh and newton.
Giga is easy to use, low cost with high data and free 2gb dataroam to asian countries. No customer service, is impossible to reach the custimer service, got to use chatbot with the cat, can be quite irritating esp when no data coverage. Giga is using starhub network.

I tried both and will give a vote for GOMO. I had in fact went from GOMO to GIGA and back to GOMO. B...
