I have taken up e SIM service for Giga on my visit to Singapore from 29th May to 5th June. It has been a harrowing experience so far. I have tried a zillion times to approach them to cancel my line for the past 2 months. I have been charged, but unable to reach them for cancellation and 2 month's refund. It's like talking to deaf ears. The app is not at all responsive, I have tried raising tickets. After that through website. Then, I got some action done around cancellation, but nothing about the refund. Pls if somebody can help, please do.

Have you try disconnecting your VISA / Masters payment? (Extreme measure will be discon your Credit Card)
Their offerings and services has deteriorated rapidly , even faster than my osteoporosis.
I have given them a Thumbs down in Google Review (surprisingly 4.8 stars)
They are a sub brand of Starhub. Struggling to make decent profits for over decades but still cannot make it. Currently with ZYM mobile cheap and good.
Recently tried to discontinue my fibre plans with Starhub and they levy a ‘disconnection fees’ ($32.10) for terminating my fibre (no more contract) really disgusting business antics. The fine prints during the signup is really fine!

The more drastic action will be to cancel the card and get a new one, or contact your bank to see if they can block the transaction and future transactions.
