Access Fee, Fund-Level Fee, Agent Bank Charge. Any fee I miss out?
For eg, if I have 10k investible for CPF-OA and 10k in SRS acc, can I transfer fund all to Endowus? Or must I leave some money in OA and SRS acc for some fee deduction?

Hi Anon,
Just to clarify, all fund-level fees are deducted from the funds' assets, so there is no fees to be paid at the investor level. Access fee and agent bank charges are different though.
For SRS:
You can transfer all the SRS monies for investments since there is no agent bank charges currently. Access fees, which is charged quarterly, will be paid by selling some of your investments to pay for the exact amount payable to Endowus, at no additional cost.
For CPF:
We recommend you to keep around $20,100 left in your CPF OA monies ($100 for agent fees) since there is a one-off agent fee charge for transactions and a quarterly charge for holding the investments. Again, access fees, which is charged quarterly, will be paid by selling some of your investments to pay for the exact amount payable to Endowus, at no additional cost.
Hope this helps, you can read more here:

My experience of the fees deduction from funds asset, is that process takes 1 week or longer to complete this activity, and prevents the customer from a full redemptions/transfer the $ to another portfolio.
Why not just lock 0.6% into cash for each portfolio for direct deductions? its not as if the 0.6% per annum if going to make a significant contribution to the overall portfolio Gain/Loss.
