You have a clear conscience, your morals are higher than theirs.

Ignore them. Make sure your hardwork is seen.

They go out, birds shit on them.

I would suggest you try to focus on what you can control: keeping your work solid, staying professional, and not letting toxic people drag you down. Also, make sure to have a support system whether it’s friends, family, or even a trusted coworker. When things get bad, remind yourself why you are there—whether it’s for growth, experience, or just to pay the bills for now. If it’s really unbearable, you can start looking for better opportunities. No job is worth your peace of mind. Hang in there!
