Have been looking for ways to get into python and data science and coding bootcamps ads are appearing over my social media feed now…
Wanted to ask if any of u have experience going for these sorts of “coding bootcamps” before, and what the experience is like. Also, any tips or resources for a programming newbie like me would be appreciated! Thank u :D

Yo! By coding bootcamps do you mean like those data science courses online that teach you how to code? I was a grad of Vertical Institute's Data Science course and for me the experience was great (was a former programming newbie too LOL). Instructors were welcoming and knowledgeable, we got to deal with pandas and numpy.
Once they cover the foundation, you can apply what you learnt by making your own project and get a certification at the end. Definitely would recommend them since the schedules quite flexible and the price is heavily subsidised. Hope this helps :)

Graduated from a Full Stack course of Lithan Academy's. I would say it's just like any other school experience - you attend, you learn and you practice on some given assignments. As a bonus, you could look up some beginner projects (based on your language) and try to complete a few outside of class.
I guess one plus point would be that they actually helped to refer you to companies that are looking for fresh talents? I joined to work in NCS right after graduating the course.
