ETF vs UT for MSCI Asia ex Japan?

Hello gurus! For investing in Asia ex Japan market, what would be your areas of considerations if you are deciding between the AAXJ ETF or buying into the FSSA Dividend Advantage unit trust? I am planning to use FSMOne and have planned to put in 300 monthly. Thanks!

Typically etfs are recommended because lower expense ratio which eats into your returns. So i will go for aaxj etf. FSSA dividend advantage expense ratio quite high, more than 1.5%
