Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG) income assessment for students and working individuals

If I am currently a student with no income and my fiance is earning $4,000 per month, will the assessment for the EHG would be based on her income at the time of the application?

If this is correct, would it be if I were to get a job before collecting the keys to your flat, this income would not be considered in the EHG assessment, as the grant is based on the income at the point of flat application?

The income assessment occurs at the time of your HFE application, so the assessment for the EHG would be based only on her income at the time of your application. Besides the income cap, your girlfriend needs to have work for 12 consecutive months to qualify for the EHG. You can also refer to this guide to check if u qualify for any of the grants

Is at the time of the application with proof of supporting documents.

The only way to tell is to do HLE and get a response from HDB.

If it varies from your planning, can check with the HDB officers.

Go to the hdb website to confirm, but this is what i heard, the EHG is based on income at the point ...
