The former tracks MSCI World Index and the latter MSCI All Country World Index, meaning Global Core Equity covers developed markets with over 7500 stocks and World Equity covers both developed and emerging markets with over 10000 stocks. Therefore World Equity is much more diversified than Global Core Equity.

According to this blog:

https://mattshibata.com/msci-world-vs-msci-acwi/

the 2 indices differs only 0.05% in annualized returns since inception till Jan 2020. Then the factor to look at is the fund level fees.

Based on the fund rationale on this 2 funds on Endowus website:

https://endowus.com/support/900000974043-fund-r...

https://endowus.com/support/360005752553-fund-r...

the fund level fees are 0.26% vs 0.35%, so Global Core Equity is slightly cheaper.
