If I use my DBS Live Fresh card to top up my YouTrip card, can I subsequently make the charges of the YouTrip top up in my credit card to instalment payment?

YouTrip isn't one of the listed providers, so it would fall under the DIY My Instalment Plan - while they say "no interest" there is an upfront fee which effectively make this a loan. To be fair, DBS is quite transparent with the Effective Interest Rate (EIR), so just look at website to see cost...
This doesn't seem like a good idea...
