Does Singsaver honour their promotion tied to credit cards?

From the experience of my family, they do! However, they tend to take quite a long time to process the rewards, and the rewards are usually received near the end of the stipulated date. If there are any unfulfilled gifts, I believe raising it up to them will help to solve the issue. But from experience, their customer service can take some time to reply emails too, so you may need some patience haha.
