I did not receive the bonus interest and the cs told me this reason. However I recall previously I used Shopeepay and I still got the bonus interest and cashback.. does anyone have the same experience?

I don't use shoppee pay but banks update their exclusions for credit cards regularly.
You should check the T&C for the card to see if shoppee pay was added recently.
My guess is yes cause they are excluding all forms of e-wallets as eligible spend

Yes, the same thing happened to me. The CS officer claimed that "it has always been the case that cash topups were not eligible spends", but that is clearly NOT true: 1. I made a $1 topup on shopeepay when it was first launched in 2020(?) and then called up UOB to check if it was an eligible spend and I was told it was. 2. My shopeepay spends had always been counted as an eligible spends up until Jun/Jul 2021.

Clearly, UOB closed this "loophole". :/
