Does SaxoInvestor and SaxoTraderGO share the same stock if i have it in one account?

If i were to buy some stock in SaxoTraderGO, would it also appear in SaxoInvestor or is it a seperate entity with different stock?

Yup, they are interlinked through the Saxo brokerage as a whole. SaxoInvestor and SaxoTraderGO are just separate platforms.
