Does it make sense if I transfer returns from a 14% risk portfolio on Stashaway to a 30% risk portfolio? I was thinking that it's just a small amount so it may be worth the risk if I can get even more returns from the returns? Is there a transaction fee I should know of?

I recently did that, no fees if I'm not wrong. I had the same thinking as you, i am willing to risk the small amount i put into the general investing portfolio for a higher risk.
I say if you would like to do it and can afford to stomach the potential loss of capital, go for it. For me, the amont was only 1.5k so i was ready to do that. I also set up another lower risk portfolio (20%) where i would pump in money on a regular basis so my risk appetite for this profile is lower.
