Does Intern pay count as 'Salary' for credit card application?

I am keen to apply for the HSBC Revolution credit card, but I will be interning for about 3 months before immediately starting my full-time job. Both roles's compensation will be above the minimum salary requirement. Will HSBC approve the credit card application based on the 3-month intern payslip?

Some bank might want to see a longer period of employment before approving. No harm trying.
